How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Zen HomeCancel Subscription. You can continue using the app until the end of the current billing period.

How does the free trial work?

The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be made. The monthly plan does not include a free trial.

Can I restore my purchase on a new device?

Yes. Go to Settings tab in the app → tap Restore purchase. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it will be restored on any device signed in with the same account.

Will my meditation data transfer to a new device?

Your meditation records are stored locally on your device. To transfer data when switching devices, make sure iCloud Backup is enabled: Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup. Please note that deleting the app will erase your data.

What languages are supported?

Zen Home supports English and Japanese. The app automatically detects your device language.

Is an internet connection required?

No. All features work offline. An internet connection is only needed for subscription purchase and restore.
